Originally from Philadelphia, PA, and a resident of the DMV since 2002, Randy is known for his authenticity and blue collar relatability, coupled with his intense focus on helping his clients realize their real estate dreams and goals. He holds a masters degree in Organizational Management and Development as well as a Project Management Professional certification. A multi-faceted, life long learner he thrives on challenging himself and always growing his skill set. Racking up over 100 million dollars in career sales, and active in all 3 jurisdictions of the DMV, he’s passionate about building lifelong relationships through high-touch, personalized, knock-em-off their socks service. “It’s not about the amount of transactions I can close every year. Sure, it doesn’t hurt to do more business, because we all like nice things! But a sustainable real estate business is built from genuinely looking out for others’ needs, not my own. I sleep well at night because above everything I try every single time to do right by my clients. If you do that, it pays off!”

When he’s not ‘rocking’ the world of real estate, he’s rocking the drums or guitar, and when he’s not ‘rolling’ a deal together, he’s flipping on the floor exercise at weekly adult gymnastics class. “For fun and ‘me time’, I’m in my happy place when it involves music or fitness – specifically gymnastics. I was a gymnast growing up and did some coaching as well. Competitive gymnastics will drill into you a level of discipline and readiness few other sports can. In high school, I played drums in a rock band. Music is an escape you can take from anywhere and at any time. It’s also the soundtrack to our lives and the way I’ve connected with so many amazing people in my life.”

Randy is a staunch advocate for animal rights and a long-time supporter of rescue organizations, including the ASPCA. “To me, it’s not just about supporting a cause—it’s about giving a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. Every effort, no matter how small, helps create a world where every animal is treated with the kindness and respect they deserve.”
