A Private Exclusive or “PX” is a property which is internal to the Compass platform only. In 2020, Covid brought a major shift in how properties were being sold, and it resulted in a much larger segment of sellers opting to sell privately. As a result of having by far the largest market share in the entire DMV, Compass has the largest amount of private inventory in the entire DMV. This is a major advantage for both our seller and buyer clients.
