Randy and Daren are a dynamic duo of superhero super agents. Being a first time home buyer they took the time to find the perfect home that suited my needs and were extremely patient with me to walk me through the entire home buying process. They were available around the clock when I had questions or concerns and always provided relevant, easy-to-understand advice. Randy and Daren worked to accommodate my crazy travel/work schedule which allowed me to continue the buying process even when spending a month out of the country, to travel internationally for work. They have an amazing sense of humor and are fun to be around but will always go to bat for you when needed. I couldn't recommend them more highly for any real estate needs. I have to be honest - I have never found a realtor I really enjoyed working with... until Randy. Randy helped me purchase a condo in Penn Quarter in D.C. He was knowledgeable and patient - he talked me through every step of the process that I needed help with. And I mean he talked to me extensively on Friday night at 8 pm when we were in the middle of negotiations and then again Satuday morning at 8 am. He was NEVER pushy. He offered his opinion when I asked, but it was always his priority that I make a decision I felt comfortable with (even if that meant losing a property and starting to look for new properties all over again). I truly cannot say enough positive thing about Randy to communicate how excellent my experience was - and I have high standards/am not someone who is easily impressed. I also really appreciated that Randy consulted his teammates and offered me their opinions as well. By the end of my time working with Randy (which was just a few months), I truly felt like I had a personal connection with him as well as others on his team. I HIGHLY recommend Randy to anyone who needs a realtor in D.C.

Working with Randy to buy my first home was like going on a fun road trip with your best friend. As a first-time buyer, I was extremely nervous, under-educated, scared, and excited. Randy was able to pave the road for me, figure out what I wanted better than I could, and help me avoid some traps along the way. His knowledge of DC is amazing--you can tell he has lived here a very long time. People used to tell me "find places you like and send them to your realtor," but Randy was always a step ahead of me and sending me places that I wouldn't have thought fit my taste but did in the long run--and he was always very conscious of my price point. When it came time to place an offer, he helped me place a smart and competitive bid, then negotiated like a champ to get what we asked for. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience because of Randy.

Randy helped my fiancee and I sell our house on Capitol Hill -- helping us come to an agreement in just five days at a price we were thrilled about! For our housing search, he was patient throughout the process (we're extremely picky and only gave him a 5x5 square-block radius to work with) and found us an absolutely perfect home.
